3. Power Knees 73

5. Globe Jumps 7
6. Suicide Jumps 10
7. Push-up Jacks 23
8. Low Plank Oblique 30
I think these scores are not to bad but there is much room for improvement.

Hello
Hello my name is Justin and I am starting my Insanity experience. A little about my self I am 5'9 230 pounds I would like to get to 180 or even 200 pounds i am medium built with the love of eating and drinking beer on the weekends.The reason why I want to start Insanity is because my Grandpa my Hero my Rock just passed away do to hurt failure during surgery. If he would have exercised a little more he probable would be alive today. My blood pressure is 150 hypertension 2 which is bad, so my goal is to lose fat lower my blood pressure and eat healthy
